What is the VSME standard?
The Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for non-listed SMEs, published by EFRAG in December 2024 and recommended by the European Commission in July 2025 as the reference for sustainability data that banks and large customers ask small firms for.
Is this an official EFRAG template?
No. It is an independent Word template that follows the structure and data points of the VSME Basic Module.
