Delivery, returns & refunds

The short version: you pay by invoice, digital files arrive by email, and you have 14 days if something is not right.

1. How ordering works

  • Add products to your cart and place your order. No payment is taken at that point.
  • We email you an invoice, usually within a few hours on working days, with your chosen payment method: a card payment link, PayPal or bank transfer.
  • Prices are in US dollars. Where the law requires it, VAT or sales tax for your country is shown on the invoice.

2. Digital products

  • Templates and workbooks are delivered as files by email once your payment arrives, usually the same day.
  • Each purchase is a single-business licence: use the file for your own organisation. Consultants who want to use a template with several clients can ask us for a multi-client licence.
  • If a file does not open or does not work as described, email us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you in full.

3. Physical products

  • Paid orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days by our logistics partner, with tracking from the warehouse to your door.
  • Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days worldwide, sometimes faster where stock is held in a regional warehouse. Prices include tracked delivery.
  • Your tracking number is emailed when the parcel ships, and every step appears at climarevolt.com/track with your order reference and email.
  • Import duties or local taxes, where your country charges them, are shown on your invoice before you pay, so there is nothing extra to pay at the door.

4. Returns and refunds

  • Physical products: you can return an unused item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. We will tell you where to send it.
  • If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace or refund it, including shipping.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 working days of us receiving the return, or of approving a digital-product refund.
  • Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your country.
