Questions

What is a climate risk register?

A list of the climate-related risks and opportunities that could affect a business, each scored for likelihood and impact, with a response, an owner and a review date.

What is the difference between physical and transition risk?

Physical risks come from the climate itself, such as floods, heat and drought. Transition risks come from the move to a low-carbon economy, such as new rules, carbon costs, customer demands and reputation.

Does it help with IFRS S2 or CDP?

Yes. A disclosure map shows which column answers which IFRS S2, TCFD, CDP, VSME and B Corp question. Check the current wording of each framework before you submit.
