Questions
Can a 13 W solar panel charge a phone?
Yes, in strong direct sun. Real output is well below 13 W in cloud or at an angle, so it is best for topping up a phone or a power bank over a few hours.
Does it have a battery?
No. It charges a device or power bank directly while the sun is on it.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched in 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 7–15 business days worldwide, with tracking from dispatch to your door.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. Any import duty or local tax your country charges is shown on your invoice before you pay.
Can I return it?
Yes, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Damaged or faulty items are replaced or refunded, shipping included.
